Minimum Stay Requirement: There is no minimum stay required except for any stay that includes any nights between Dec 24 - 31 which requires a five night minimum stay and prepayment 30 days in advance.
All Accommodations Feature: Large bathroom with tub (some rooms with tub & separate shower), terrace or patio with lounge chairs, kitchenette, satellite TV, ceiling fans, in room safe, direct dial phone with data port, hair dryer & deluxe amenities in bathroom. Cancellation Policy: Dec 24 - 31: If the reservation includes ANY of these dates, full prepayment 90 days prior to arrival is required to secure the reservation and is non-refundable unless the written cancellation notice is received by the hotel a minimum of 30 days prior to check-in date. Jan 2 - Apr 23, 2011 or Jan 1 – Apr 7, 2012: Cancellations not received in writing more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival and no shows are subject to a 3 NIGHT PENALTY.
